As Dallas continues to solidify itself as one of the most important markets for watch collectors, Vacheron Constantin arrives in Highland Park Village with an incredible new boutique that is open as of today November 20, 2023. Highland Park Village is a true gem nestled within the affluent and upscale town of Highland Park in the vibrant city of Dallas, Texas. Known as the first outdoor shopping center in America, this iconic destination boasts a rich history and an undeniable charm.
Stepping into Highland Park Village feels like stepping into a European village, with its charming architecture, lush greenery, and beautifully manicured courtyards. The village is a haven for luxury shoppers, offering a curated selection of high-end boutiques, renowned designer brands, and exquisite dining options. Whether one is exploring the cobblestone streets or indulging in a delectable meal at one of the village's acclaimed restaurants, Highland Park Village effortlessly combines elegance, sophistication, and timeless style, making it a must-visit for locals and visitors alike.
The new Vacheron Constantin boutique is no exception and is undisputably the nicest boutique in Highland Park Village and we are fortunate that we got first dibs to come to check out the space that is without a doubt the coolest and most unique Vacheron Constantin boutique in the world. And of course, we’re beyond happy that this new amazing boutique is right in our stomping grounds.
Combining different high-end decor elements with a subtle southern and urban feel at the same time, the new boutique is not only unique in terms of layout and decor, but it also marks many firsts for the brand with a look and feel slightly more hip and cool than usual.
Fully owned and operated by Vacheron Constantin, the Highland Park Village boutique is a very inviting space where watch collectors will be able to indulge in the world of Vacheron Constantin but also appreciate an exquisite mural by local Dallas artist and muralist Eric Rodriguez aka DRIGO. The new Vacheron Constantin boutique offers different areas within, where one could almost feel like visiting an exclusive and very upscale private social club.
DRIGO’s —@MadeByDrigo on Instagram— work ranges from fine painting to large-scale murals and his work has been exhibited at Fort Works Art, Beaudry Gallery, and the Dallas Latino Cultural Center. A self-taught contemporary painter, and muralist stemming from skateboard culture and graphic design influences with large-scale murals throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
The mural which took 90 hours of work over a period of nine days, combines Vacheron Constantin’s elements such as the Maltese Cross with some of Dallas’ most renowned landmarks such as the Reunion Tower, Deep Ellum’s Traveling Man Sculpture, and even the iconic Dallas’ Pegasus. The Pegasus first landed in Downtown Dallas in 1934, atop what was then the city’s tallest building, the Magnolia Hotel. A Greek mythological symbol of courage, the Pegasus sign was used as a special symbol to welcome guests attending the American Petroleum Institute’s annual meeting in the Big D.
This new eclectic boutique is the type of space where one can just hang out for hours. In the usual Vacheron Constantin hospitality, the welcoming boutique offers a refined atmosphere where clients and watch collectors can spend quality time exploring the brand’s different collections while sipping on a coffee or a cocktail while listening to classic vinyl records on the high-fidelity McIntosh turntable in the living room.
Big Kudos to Vacheron Constantin on the opening of this much-needed boutique in Dallas, Texas.
