Introducing: Ulysse Nardin Diver NET Wempe Signature Collection. A 75-piece Limited Edition.

Ulysse Nardin is introducing the new Diver NET Signature Collection in partnership with Wempe. This is a new diver’s watch made from upcycled high-tech materials. This exclusive limited edition of 75 pieces with striking design accents in orange features a 44 mm case made from 95% recycled stainless steel. Its construction incorporates a combination of breakthrough upcycled materials that Ulysse Nardin has been pioneering Nylo and Carbonium.

Introducing: Ulysse Nardin Diver NET OPS and Diver X SKELETON OPS

The Freak ONE is cased in a 44 mm black DLC-coated titanium case with satin finish and equipped with a 5N rose gold bezel, and a black titanium case back with sapphire display. The watch is delivered on a black rubber ‘ballistic’ textured strap equipped with a black DLC-coated titanium deployant buckle.

It was revived in the 1980s, under the impetus of Rolf Schnyder, and given a new lease of life in 2019 when the Swiss Manufacture collaborated with French audio technology company Devialet on the next level of watchmaking acoustics, which was launched in the Classico Hourstriker Phantom.

To celebrate its 175th anniversary, Ulysse Nardin takes clockmaking into the realms of imagination by reinventing the chronometer. Like all the most successful voyages, it takes an experienced crew. For this particular journey, Ulysse Nardin decided to collaborate with the celebrated clockmaker Maison L’Epée 1839, who has been manufacturing traditional clocks since 1839 and is now famed for bringing fantastical imaginings of MB&F’s CEO Max Busser to life.

The Ulysse Nardin Diver X Nemo Point is a timepiece for the Everest of the Seas issued in a limited edition of 300 pieces and instantly recognizable by the “X” on its dial. The new Diver X Nemo Point limited edition celebrates sailors and its name refers to the location in the ocean that is farthest from the land. This location crossed by many sailors is located in the South Pacific off of the coast of Chile and gets his name after Jules Verne’s seafaring Captain Nemo from Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas and The Mysterious Island.

Breaking News: Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin Announce the Gradual Reopening of their Manufacture

Since 1846 for Ulysse Nardin and 1791 for Girard-Perregaux —in over 200years of existence and through two world wars— neither of the two have ever had to close their doors. Unfortunately, with the unprecedented spread of the COVID-19 virus throughout the world, all sectors of activity have had to adapt, and watchmaking is no exception. The epidemic seems to have begun to wane and we have built a new way of working adapted to the new environment.
