This distinctive 42 mm stainless steel version of the TAG Heuer glass box celebrates the Carrera’s 60th anniversary with this tourbillon with an intense blue dial with orange accents. The robust 42mm polished steel case with pump chrono pushers is coupled with a steel screw-down sapphire case back showing the watch's distinctive Calibre TH20-09 movement. The watch is delivered on a blue calf strap.
The thoughtfully designed layout includes a 12-hour chrono register at 9 o’clock and a 30-minute register at 3, leaving the six o’clock position for the tourbillon to take center stage. On the Wrist & Price
On the wrist, the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon wears slightly smaller than its actual size and more like a 39-40 mm watch. Considering the steep price point this is a watch that you have to love, considering that nowadays tourbillon watches have become more affordable with tourbillons even produced in Asia at a fraction of the price. If we are not mistaken the previous tourbillon from TAG Heuer had a price tag under USD 20K and not this watch is priced twenty percent higher. A nice watch, but not for its price tag.
