Along with the two other novelties we already presented you from Glashütte Original this year at Baselworld 2015, the PanoReserve and the PanoMaticLunar are getting new dials. The Glashütte Original PanoReserve is now available with a blue or a black galvanized dial depending on the metal. While the stainless steel reference is getting a strikingly beautiful midnight blue dial, the 18K red gold reference is now available with a gorgeous galvanized black dial. The Glashütte Original PanoReserve was originally launched in 2012 and up until now it only came with a silvered dial. For sure these new dial options will continue to drive excitement and sales of the brand.
While we love red gold timepieces and the Glashütte Original PanoReserve in 18K red gold with black dial is a stunner, this time we'll say that the blue color of the new dial on the stainless steel version is the winner for us. Additionally, these two watches got a matching calendar wheel to create a more seamless look and overall, a much more appealing design.
The watches still fitted with a display case back, offer a beautiful view of the nicely decorated and superb finish on the beating heart powering them. The Glashütte Original calibre 65-01 is a manual wound movement with 48 jewels that provides a power reserve of 42 hours when fully wound and that is fitted with a double-swan neck regulator.
On the wrist, the new blue dial looks just out of this world as it is a true chameleon that changes hues depending on lighting conditions. The Glashütte Original PanoReserve is available on strap or bracelet. The stainless steel reference is fitted with a dark blue alligator strap with pin buckle and the 18K red gold model with a black strap.
Sticker Price $11,500 USD for Stainless Steel and $23,900 USD for 18K red gold. For more info on Glashütte Original click here.
