By adding a new size to the Tudor Black Bay collection, Tudor presented the Black Bay 68 ref. M7943A1A0NU-0001 at Watches & Wonders 2025. This new watch stands as one of the most imposing models in the Black Bay collection with its substantial 43 mm stainless steel case diameter, meeting the market demand for varied case sizes to accommodate different wrist proportions.
This impressive timepiece earns its Master Chronometer certification from METAS, matching its bold dimensions with exceptional performance. The new Black Bay 68 is available in elegant silver or distinctive Tudor sun-brushed blue dial variations and is priced just right.
The new Tudor Black Bay 68 is powered by the automatic Manufacture Calibre MT5601-U engineered for superior durability and precision, featuring a variable inertia balance wheel secured by a robust traversing bridge with two-point anchoring. While certified as a chronometer by COSC, its performance exceeds these standards. Beyond accuracy, this movement boasts impressive anti-magnetic properties, remaining unaffected by magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. The "weekend-proof" power reserve offers 70 hours of autonomy as certified by METAS. Tudor provides a five-year transferable guarantee without requiring registration or regular maintenance checks.
The stainless steel polished and satin-finished case is complemented by a stainless steel non-riveted three-link bracelet with smooth side flanks and polished/satin finishes. The bracelet features the T-fit clasp not standard on most Tudor Black Bay watches.
This new watch is water resistant to 200 meters and equipped with a 60-minute unidirectional bezel in stainless steel with a matte black aluminum insert. On the wrist, the Tudor Black Bay 68 Blue Dial wears slightly smaller than its actual size and quite comfortably.
