Richard Mille will open its first boutique in New York City in the fall of 2017. The new boutique will be located at 46 East 57th Street, which is the retail side of the 432 Park Avenue building —currently the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere— next to Jacob & Co. and only a few steps away from the Phillips auction house. The 432 Park Avenue tower resides on the west side of Park Avenue, between 56th and 57th streets. Uruguay-born architect Rafael Viñoly designed the tower, which measures 1,396 feet in height and is comprised of 96 floors. Macklowe Properties co-developed the tower with CIM Group, while Macklowe Properties owns the retail and commercial space in the development.
Pryor Cashman partners Ronald B. Kremnitzer and Benjamin J. Teig, and Dan Harroch of Thor Retail Advisors represented Richard Mille in the execution of the lease. The upcoming Richard Mille street-level boutique will have measure nearly 5,000 sq. ft. and will be located right across the street from the Audemars Piguet Boutique. Other Richard Mille boutiques in North America include Aspen, Bal Harbour, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Miami and St. Barths.
