Richard Mille releases two new limited editions of the manual wound RM 035. Based on the original RM 035 in the Rafael Nadal series of watches, the two new 50-piece limited editions are available exclusively and immediately at authorized Richard Mille retailers in The Americas. The new models named 'Toro' after Rafael Nadal 'The Bull' —Toro in Spanish— from Manacor in Mallorca, Spain are the RM 035 Black Toro and the RM 035 Gold Toro.
The now seven-year-strong collaboration between Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal and Swiss watchmaker Richard Mille has resulted in a series of record-smashing tourbillons, as well as trailblazing manual wound watches. This season, following Nadal's victory at Roland Garros that made him the first man in history to win a single Grand Slam tennis tournament 10 times, Richard Mille expands its series saluting “El Toro” with two RM 035 Rafael Nadal limited editions.
Richard Mille RM 035 Black Toro
Following the lead of the very first Richard Mille RM 035 Rafael Nadal, which was housed in a deep black magnesium alloy case, the new RM 035 Black Toro is a strong yet light-weight timepiece with a dark presence. The top and bottom bezels of the tripartite case are crafted in black TZP, a ceramic that is blasted for matte effect.
An NTPT carbon crown with black rubber protector, a satin-finished black DLC titanium buckle paired with a black rubber strap, and black inner bezel complete the black look. The watch’s satin-finished red gold case middle adds a subtly bright dimension, while its sapphire case back allows full view of the skeletonized RMUL1 manual wound movement that can be admired from every angle. The watch measures 48 mm x 39.70 mm x 12.25 mm.

Richard Mille RM 035 Gold Toro
Satin-finished 18K red gold forms the tripartite, tonneau-shaped case of the new Richard Mille RM 035 Gold Toro. The watch's crown, buckle and hands are also crafted in the precious metal. Presented on a black rubber strap with matching crown protector, the watch’s skeletonized RMUL1 manual wound movement with a 55-hour power reserve is visible from the front and back thanks to its sapphire case back. The watch measures 48 mm x 39.70 mm x 12.25 mm.
The new Richard Mille RM 035 Black Toro and RM 035 Gold Toro are both issued in a numbered 50-piece limited edition and exclusively sold at Richard Mille boutiques and authorized Richard Mille retailers throughout the Americas.
