The new Rotonde de Cartier Flying Tourbillon Reversed Dial is another exceptional creation by the team lead by Carole Forestier-Kasapi. This new timepiece is fitted with a generous 46 mm 18K white gold case, beaded 18K white gold crown set with a blue sapphire cabochon, 18K white gold sunray guilloché dial, blued-steel sword-shaped hands and a black alligator strap with double adjustable folding 18K white gold buckle.

Its dial with its sunray guilloché pattern and its multi-layered layout is definitely a real treat for the eyes and the reason why this new timepiece can be considered exceptional. Featuring off-centered hours and minutes and a spectacular flying tourbillon at 4 o'clock, the new Rotonde de Cartier Flying Tourbillon Reversed Dial is definitely gorgeous.

Powered by the manual wound in-house calibre 9458 MC, the one piece main plate on the movement is fully visible via the display case back. This movement bearing the 'Poinçon de Genève' —Geneva Hallmark— is composed of 167 parts, 19 jewels and a flying tourbillon complication with seconds indicated by the C-shaped tourbillon carriage. The movements beats at a frequency of 21,600 vph to provide a power reserve of 50 hours.

On the wrist, the watch wears true to its size and quite comfortably. Elegant, refined and understated are some of the attributes of this new exceptional timepiece.
