News: Panerai Releases Two New Radiomir Watches with the New Calibre P.6000. Radiomir Logo PAM 753 and Radiomir Black Seal Logo PAM 754.
The Radiomir is the first watch ever created by Panerai and one of the most legendary watches from the brand. Continuing with their strategy of making their watches slimmer and more wearable amongst those that were not necessarily Paneristi, Panerai has just released two new Radiomir watches equipped with the new manual wound in-house calibre P.6000. The two new watches are the Radiomir Logo —pictured below— and the Radiomir Black Seal Logo —on the picture above. Regardless of the use of a new calibre, the watches remain at the same 45 mm diameter, nevertheless, the watches are now much slimmer thanks to this new in-house movement with a power reserve of 3 days.
Additionally, these two new models of the Radiomir feature a few new elements to continue to reflect the DNA of the first watches supplied by Panerai to the commandos of the Royal Italian Navy. The highly polished cushion cases come with solid steel case backs, the Panerai logo and numerals are lightly engraved on the dial to hold their luminous material in a better way and the OP logo is the distinctive feature on the dials at 6 o'clock. The OP logo features the very well known twin arrows with one pointing up to the sky and the other down to the depths of
the sea. Aside from the obvious, the Radiomir Black Seal Logo also features a running seconds indicator at 9 o'clock.
The new Radiomir Logo PAM00753 and Radiomir Black Seal Logo PAM00754 use the new in-house manual wound movement calibre P.6000 designed and fully made by Panerai at its manufacture in Neuchâtel. This movement beats at a frequency of 21,600 vph. Both watches are water resistant to a depth of 100 meters and each watch is supplied with a calf leather strap —black for the PAM 754 and brown for the PAM 753— with contrasting beige stitching and which is fastened by a trapezoid steel buckle.
Sticker Price $4,000 USD for Radiomir Logo and $4,300 USD for Black Seal Logo. For more info on Panerai click here.
